conforming changes in existing law Sec. 422. (a) Section 401 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (66 Stat. 274; Public Law 414, Eighty-second Congress; 8 U.S.C. 1106) is hereby repealed. (b) Title 1V of the table of contents of the Immigration and Nationality Act (66 Stat. 166; Public Law 414, Eighty-second Congress) is amended by striking out— “Sec. 401. Joint Congressional Committee.”.
