delivery of copies of amendments offered in committee of the whole house Sec. 124. Clause 5 of Rule XXIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: “Upon the offering of any amendment by a Member, when the House is meeting in the Committee of the Whole, the Clerk shall promptly transmit to the majority committee table five copies of the amendment and five copies to the minority committee table. Further, the Clerk shall deliver at least one copy of the amendment to the majority cloak room and at least one copy to the minority cloak room.”.
