Sec. 203. That provision of section 304 of the Public Health Service Act redesignated by section 201(a) of this Act as paragraph (1) of subsection (a) is further amended by— (1) striking out the period at the end thereof and inserting in lieu thereof “, and”: and (2) adding after and below the clause thereof redesignated by such section 201(a) as clause (iii) the following new clauses: “(iv) projects for research, experiments, and demonstrations dealing with the effective combination or coordination of public, private, or combined public-private methods or systems for the delivery of health services at regional, State, or local levels, and “(v) projects for research and demonstrations in the provision of home health services.”
