Sec. 111. (a) The heading to title IX of such Act is amended by striking out “STROKE, AND RELATED DISEASES” and inserting in lieu thereof “STROKE, KIDNEY DISEASE, AND OTHER RELATED DISEASES”. (b) Sections 902(a), 903(a), 903(b), 904(a), 904(b), 905(b), 905(d), 906, 907, and 909(a) of such Act (as amended by the preceding provisions of this Act) are each further amended by striking out “Surgeon General”, each place it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “Secretary”.
