Sec. 806. (a) Section 306 of the Consolidated Farmers Home Administration Act of 1961, as amended (7 U.S.C. 1926), is amended by adding at the end thereof a new subsection as follows: “(d) Any amounts appropriated under this section shall remain available until expended, and any amounts authorized for any fiscal year under this section but not appropriated may be appropriated for any succeeding fiscal year.” (b) Subtitle A of the Consolidated Farmers Home Administration Act of 1961, as amended (7 U.S.C. 1921–1929), is amended by adding at the end thereof a new section as follows: “Sec. 310. Funds appropriated for the purpose of making direct real estate loans to farmers and ranchers under this subtitle shall remain available until expended.”
