College Housing For payments authorized by section 1705 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968j the unobligated balance of funds appropriated for this purpose in fiscal year 1970 shall remain available until June 30, 1971: Provided, That the limitation otherwise applicable to the total payments that may be required in any fiscal year by all contracts entered into under such section is increased by $9,300,000.
