Sec. 101. Paragraph (4) of section 4(c) of the Small Business Act is amended— (1) by striking out “$1,900,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$2,200,000,000”; (2) by striking out “$300,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$500,000,000”; and (3) by striking out “$200,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$300,000,000”.
