SEC. 301. HIGHWAY TRUST FUND. Subsections (c), (e), and (f) of section 209 of the Highway Revenue Act of 1956 (relating to the Highway Trust Fund; 23 U.S.C. 120 note) are amended— (1) by striking out “1972” each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “1977”; and (2) by striking out “1973” each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “1978”.
