revision of authorization of appropriations for interstate system Sec. 102. Subsection (b) of section 108 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1956, as amended, is amended by striking out “and the additional sum of $2,225,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “the additional sum of $4,000,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974, the additional sum of $4,000,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, and the additional sum of $4,000,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976”.
