Sec. 202. For the purposes of this title, the Administrator of General Services shall transfer to the Secretary of the Treasury twenty-five million five hundred thousand fine troy ounces of silver now held in the national stockpile established pursuant to the Strategic and Critical Materials Stock Piling Act (50 U.S.C. 98–98h) which is excess to strategic needs. Such transfer shall be made at the value of $1.292929292 for each fine troy ounce of silver so transferred. Such silver shall be 84 Stat. 1769used exclusively to coin one-dollar pieces authorized in section 101 (d) of the Coinage Act of 1965, as amended by this Act.
