new community land development Sec. 303. (a) Section 407(d) of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 is amended by striking out “$250,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$500,000,000”. (b) Section 412 (d) of such Act is amended by striking out “July 1, 1971” and inserting in lieu thereof “July 1, 1974”. (c) Section 408 of such Act is amended— (1) by striking out “qualified”; and (2) by striking out all that follows “guaranteed obligation” and inserting in lieu thereof a period.
