(a) Section 114(b)(1) of the Housing Act of 1949 is amended by inserting before the semicolon the following: “: Provided further, That the Secretary may authorize payment to displaced business concerns of fixed amounts in lieu of their total certified actual moving expenses where he determines that it is impractical for a displaced business concern to calculate the amount of such expenses”. (b) The last sentence of section 114(b) of such Act is amended by striking out “certified actual”.
