Section 303(b) of the National Housing Act is amended— (1) by striking out “shall accumulate” and inserting in lieu thereof “may accumulate”; (2) by striking out “and other”; (3) by striking out “nor less than 1 per centum”; and (4) by inserting “with the approval of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development” immediately after “as determined from time to time by the corporation”.
