Unpledged deposits in the Bank For Savings and Loan Associations, Chicago, Illinois, maintained by any institution which is a member of a Federal Home Loan Bank or is an insured institution as defined in section 401 (a) of the National Housing Act, shall be considered assets for purposes of meeting the liquidity requirements of section 5A(b) of the Federal Home Loan Bank Act (12 U.S.C. 1425a (b)).
