(a) Section 242(b)(1)(C) of the National Housing Act is amended to read as follows: “(C) which is a proprietary facility, or facility of a private nonprofit corporation or association, licensed or regulated by the State (or, if there is no State law providing for such licensing or regulation by the State, by the municipality or other political subdivision in which the facility is located); and”. (b) The heading of section 242 of such Act is amended by striking out “nonprofit”. (c) The sixth sentence of section 212(a) of such Act is amended by striking out “or association” and inserting in lieu thereof “, association, or other organization”.
