Section 501(b) (2) of the Housing Act of 1949 is amended by striking out “this title, the terms ‘owner, ‘farm’, and ‘mortgage’ shall be deemed to include, respectively, the lessee of, the land included in” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “sections 502 and 504, the terms ‘owner’ and ‘mortgage’ shall be deemed to include, respectively, the lessee of”.
