fees and charges Sec. 721. The Secretary is authorized to establish and collect fees for guarantees under this part, and may make such charges in connection with guarantees, loans, and technical and other assistance under this part as he considers reasonable for the analysis of applications, appraisals, inspections, and other activities related to such assistance. On or before March 1, 1973, the Secretary shall make a report to the Congress concerning the fees and charges for guarantees under this part, that he estimates will be adequate to provide income sufficient for a self-supporting guarantee program and concerning the relationship of other charges to costs incurred under this part.
