Sec. 207. Paragraph (2) under the heading “Lower Mississippi River Basin” in section 203 of the Flood Control Act of I960 (Public Law 89–789) is amended by striking out “Baton Rouge, Louisiana,” and inserting in lieu thereof “Cairo, Illinois,”.
