overseas private investment corporation The Overseas Private Investment Corporation is authorized to make such expenditures within the limits of funds available to it and in accordance with law (including not to exceed $10,000 for entertainment allowances), and to make such contracts and commitments without regard to fiscal year limitations as provided by section 104 of the Government Corporation Control Act, as amended (31 U.S.C. 849), as may be necessary in carrying out the program set forth in the budget for the current fiscal year. Overseas Private Investment Corporation, capital : For expenses authorized by section 232, such amounts as are authorized to be made available under said section. Overseas Private Investment Corporation, reserves: For expenses authorized by section 235(f), $18,750,000, to remain available until expended.
