Sec. 8. (a) Section 5314 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking “(1) Deputy Attorney General,” and renumbering “(2)” through “ (54) ” respectively “ (1) ” through “ (53) ”. (b) Section 5313 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end thereof “(20) Deputy Attorney General.”
