Section 1304(e) of title 5, United States Code (relating to the revolving fund of the Civil Service Commission), is amended— (1) by striking out “of $4,000,000” in paragraph (1); and (2) by inserting“, which appropriations are hereby authorized” immediately before the semicolon at the end of paragraph (2)(A).
