National Mediation Board salaries and expenses For expenses necessary for trying out the provisions of the Railway Labor Act, as amended (45 U.S.C. 151–188), including temporary employment of referees under section 3 of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, at rates not in excess of $100 per diem; and emergency boards appointed by the President pursuant to section 10 of said Act (45 U.S.C. 160), $2,394,000.
