Railroad Retirement Board payment for military service credits For payments to the railroad retirement account for military service credits under the Railroad Retirement Act, as amended (45 U.S.C. 228c–1), $19,969,000. limitation on salaries and expenses For expenses necessary for the Railroad Retirement Board, $16,740,000, of which $16,340,000 shall be derived from the railroad retirement account, and $400,000 shall be derived from the railroad retirement supplemental account, as authorized by Public Law 89–699, approved October 30, 1966.
