Bureau of the Mint salaries and expenses For necessary expenses of the Bureau of the Mint, including purchase of one passenger motor vehicle for replacement only; and not to exceed $1,000 for the expenses of the annual assay commission; $17,000,000. construction of mint facilities For expenses necessary for construction of Mint facilities, as authorized by the Act of August 20, 1963 (77 Stat. 129), as amended by the Act of July 23, 1965 (79 Stat. 256), $1,770,000, to remain available until expended.
