Sec. 503. Section 5(b) of the Act entitled “An Act creating a commission to be known as the Commission on Obscenity and Pornography”, approved October 3, 1967 (Public Law 90–100), as amended, is amended by striking out “July 31, 1970” and inserting in lieu thereof “September 30, 1970”. This Act may be cited as the “Treasury, Post Office, and Executive Office Appropriation Act, 1970”.
