Wage and Labor Standards Administration salaries and expenses For an additional amount for “Wage and Labor Standards Administration, Salaries and expenses,” including carrying out the functions of the Secretary under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (Public Law 91–596, approved December 29, 1970), $7,818,000, of which $4,000,000 shall be for grants to States authorized by said Public Law 91–596 and not to exceed $118,000 shall be transferred to the fund created by section 44 of the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, as amended.
