Operation and Maintenance claims, defense For an additional amount for “Claims, Defense”, not to exceed $13,000,000 may be derived by transfer in amounts not to exceed (a) $3,000,000 from “Defense production guarantees, Army”, (b) $4,000,000 from “Defense production guarantees. Navy”, and (c) $6,000,000 from “Defense production guarantees. Air Force”.
