Sec. 205. (a) Chapter 7 of title 37, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end thereof a new section as follows: “§ 428. Allowance for recruiting expenses “In addition to other pay or allowances authorized by law, and under uniform regulations prescribed by the Secretaries concerned, a member who is assigned to recruiting duties for his armed force may be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses incurred in connection with those duties.” (b) The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 7 of such title is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new item: “428. Allowance for recruiting expenses.”
