COOPERATIVE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS.

SEC. 302. COOPERATIVE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS. (a) Section 12(d)(l) of the Stevenson-Wydler Technology Innovation Act of 1980 (15 U.S.C. 3710a(d)(l)) is amended by inserting “intellectual property,” after “equipment,” both places it appears. (b) Within 6 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall report to the Congress on the advisability of authorizing a new form of cooperative research and development agreement which would permit Federal contributions of funds.
