SEC. 305. QUALITY IMPROVEMENT. Section 17(f) of the Stevenson-Wydler Technology Innovation Act of 1980 (15 U.S.C. 3711a(f)) is amended by adding at the end the following: “The Director is authorized to use appropriated funds to carry out responsibilities under this Act.”.
