Sec. 204. (a) Public Law 90–408, as amended, is amended under the heading “Inside the United States”, in section 201 as follows: (1) With respect to Naval Submarine Base, New London, Connecticut, strike out “$1,225,000” and insert in place thereof “$1,825,000”. (b) Public Law 90–408, as amended, is amended by striking out in clause (2) of section 802, “$239,082,000” and “$245,947,000” and inserting in place thereof “$239,682,000” and “$246,547,000”, respectively.
