Sec. 103. (a) Public Law 90–408, as amended, is amended under the heading “Inside the United States”, in section 101 as follows: With respect to “Joliet Army Ammunition Plant, Illinois”, strike out “$2,188,000” and insert in place thereof “$2,391,000”. (b) Public Law 90–408, as amended, is amended by striking out in clause (1) of section 802 “$366,499,000” and “$453,651,000” and inserting in place thereof “$366,702,000” and “$453,854,000”, respectively.
