The Secretary of Defense, or his designee, is authorized to accomplish repairs and improvements to existing public quarters in amounts in excess of the $10,000 limitation prescribed in section 610(a) of Public Law 90–110 81 Stat. 279. 305, as amended, for the United States Naval Academy. Annapolis. Maryland, five units, $125,000.
