study of federal health facilities construction costs Sec. 204. The Comptroller General shall conduct a study of health facilities construction costs. Such study shall include consideration of the feasibility of reducing the cost of constructing health facilities constructed with assistance provided under the Public Health Service Act, particularly with respect to innovative techniques, new materials, and the possible waiver of unnecessarily costly Federal standards. The study shall be completed, and a report shall be submitted to the Congress, within one year after the date of enactment of this Act.
