SEC. 506. SUBMISSION OF ANNUAL REPORTS TO CONGRESS.The Secretary of the Treasury shall, commencing for the calendar year 1972, submit an annual report to the Congress within 15½ months following the close of each calendar year setting forth an analysis of the operation and effect of the provisions of this title.
