SEC. 305. NORTHERN MARIANAS COLLEGE. Section 9(a) of Public Law 99–396 is amended by striking out the period at the end and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “and in subsection (b), by striking out ‘and Micronesia’ each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof ‘Micronesia, and the Northern Mariana Islands’ and by striking out ‘and to Micronesia’ and inserting in lieu thereof’, Micronesia, and to the Northern Mariana Islands’.”.
