Compliance With Board Orders.—

Sec. 5.12. Compliance With Board Orders.—It shall be the duty of the Governor of the Farm Credit Administration to comply with all orders and directions which he receives from the Federal Farm Credit Board and, as to third persons, all acts of the Governor shall lie conclusively presumed to be in compliance with the orders and directions of the Board.
