DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND WELFARE Nursing Home Improvement For nursing home improvement, $9,572,000, of which $1,900,000 shall be transferred from the Federal Hospital Insurance Trust Fund: Provided, That the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare may transfer such amounts as he may deem necessary to other appropriations to the Department for carrying out the purpose of this appropriation under the authority available in the appropriations to which transferred.
