DEFINITIONS.

SEC. 102. DEFINITIONS. As used in the title, the term— (1) “Advisory Commission” means the Manzanar National Historic Site Advisory Commission established pursuant to section 105 of this title; (2) “city” means the City of Los Angeles; (3) “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior; and (4) “site” means the Manzanar National Historic Site established pursuant to section 101 of this title.
