Division of Expenses The sums appropriated in this title for the District of Columbia shall be paid as follows: $17,576,000 from the general fund; $620,000 from the highway fund (regular); $31,000 from the highway fund (parking); $537,000 from the water fund; and $451,000 from the sanitary sewage works fund.
