Food and Nutrition Service food stamp program For an additional amount for “Food stamp program”, $250,000,000, of which $35,000,000 shall be available for the approximately 147 counties which have been duly qualified but have not been included in the Food Stamp Program: Provided, That any unobligated balance of this appropriation shall be merged with the appropriation provided under this head for the fiscal year 1972.
