CONSULTATION.

SEC. 203. CONSULTATION. In carrying out the study, the Secretary shall consult with Japanese American citizens groups, scholars of Japanese American history, and historic preservationists. In preparing the study, if the Secretary determines that it is necessary to have access to Indian lands, the Secretary shall request permission from the appropriate tribe.
