Manpower Administration manpower training activities For an additional amount for “Manpower training activities,” to carry out the provisions of Section 102 of the Manpower Development and Training Act of 1962, as amended, $105,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 1971: Provided, That this appropriation shall not be available for the purposes of Sections 106(d) and 309(b) of said Act.
