NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION Research and Program Management The $10,000,000 provided under this head in the Independent Offices and Housing and Urban Development Appropriation Act, 1971, for basic institutional and technical services for Federal agencies resident at the Mississippi Test Facility/Slidell Computer Complex and other NASA facilities in pursuit of space and environmental missions shall be available for equipment and alteration and modification of existing buildings, to whatever extent may be required to furnish such services, and for the construction of a flow basin and flood plain simulation facility; and shall remain available until September 30, 1971.
