Federal Highway Administration highway beautification Notwithstanding any other provision of law, not to exceed $10,000,000 of the funds authorized for “Highway beautification” for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1970, and June 30, 1971, by sections 131(m), 136 (m) and 319(b) of title 23, United States Code, shall be available for obligation during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1971. federal-aid highways (trust fund) (liquidation of contract authorization) For an additional amount for “Federal-aid highways (trust fund),” to remain available until expended $275,000,000, or so much thereof as may be available in and derived from the Highway Trust Fund which sum is part of the amount authorized to be appropriated for the fiscal year 1971. darien gap highway For necessary expenses for construction of the Darien Gap Highway in accordance with the provisions of section 216 of title 23 of the United States Code, $5,000,000, to remain available until expended.
