Sec. 708. (a) Section 4(b) of the District of Columbia Minimum Wage Act (D.C. Code, sec. 36–404(b)) is amended— (1) by inserting “or” at the end of paragraph (4), (2) by striking out “; or” at the end of paragraph (5) and inserting in lieu thereof a period, and (3) by striking out paragraph (6). (b) The amendments made by subsection (a) of this section shall take effect January 1, 1972.
