Sec. 405. Section 2 of the joint resolution entitled “Joint resolution to authorize participation by the United States in parliamentary conferences of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization”, approved July 11, 1956 (22 U.S.C. 1928b), is amended as follows: (1) Strike out “$30,000” and insert in lieu thereof “$50,000”. (2) Strike out “$15,000” each place it appears and insert in lieu thereof in each such place “$25,000”.
