contingency fund Sec. 108. Section 451 (a) of chapter 5 of part I of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, relating to the contingency fund, is amended by striking out “for the fiscal year 1970 not to exceed $15,000,000, and for the fiscal year 1971 not to exceed $30,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “for the fiscal year 1972 not to exceed $30,000,000, and for the fiscal year 1973 not to exceed $30,000,000”.
