RIGHT OF CONVERSION TO ALTERNATIVE PREPAYMENT SYSTEM.

SEC. 230. RIGHT OF CONVERSION TO ALTERNATIVE PREPAYMENT SYSTEM. Any agreement to extend low income affordability restrictions under section 225(b) shall, for 4 years from the date of the enactment of this Act, provide the owner the right to convert to any system of incentives and restrictions provided in law during such period, with such adjustments as the Secretary determines are appropriate to compensate for the value of any benefits the owner had received under this title.
