§ 226. Recommendations regarding drug traffic prevention functions. The Director may make recommendations to the President in connection with any Federal drug traffic prevention function, and shall consult with and be consulted by all responsible Federal departments and agencies regarding the policies, priorities, and objectives of such functions.
